Core Strengthening for Yoga In-studio

Appropriate for all levels. Focus of this class will be on developing your core strength to enhance your yoga practice and to build your strength to work toward arm balancing and inversions. Class includes Warm Up, Myofascial Release, strength training and Meditation.
You must cancel your class at least one hour prior to class time in order to receive credit for that session.
