Core Strengthening For Yoga
Suitable for all levels. The focus is on developing core strength to enhance our yoga practice and to build strength needed for arm balancing and inversions.
Hatha For All Levels
During this class we focus on static poses as we align and calm the mind, body and spirit. This class is great for beginners as well as experienced yogis who wish to slow it down a bit.

A restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, doing just a few postures over the course of the class. This is a practice of deep relaxation with the aid of blankets, bolster, blocks and any other props necessary. Everyone will love this class.
Gentle Stretch & Meditation
To keep your mind and body in the best possible shape, it is important to exercise both.
We believe everyone should be able to practice yoga. This class will take into account any limitations that you may feel in your body so that everyone can practice yoga and meditation. Chair options will be provided for those who have trouble getting up and down from the floor and for those who have knee issues.
We move slowly through the postures building core strength and stability. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment in each pose. Appropriate for beginner and experienced yogis.
In this class we build heat in the body as we move through a steady continuous flow of yoga asanas. We connect the mind and the body to the breath with an emphasis on core strength and stabilization. Inversions and inversion prep work are incorporated. Yoga experience is helpful but the opportunity to move at your own pace is available.
Yogastha Sadhana with Morgan
A practice for all yogis that utilizes fully our physical potential and health while maintaining an adherence to the higher teachings of the Yoga Sutras. This class includes a strong steady flow, headstands, handstands and back bending. It is not necessary to have mastered any or all of these. If you have a willingness to try, this class is for you.
