We offer a variety of classes that encompass the physical, mental  and spiritual aspects of yoga practice.

Core Strengthening For Yoga

Suitable for all levels. The focus is on developing core strength to enhance our yoga practice and to build strength needed for arm balancing and inversions.

Gentle Yoga

In this class we move mindfully and slowly as we calm the mind, connect to the breath and naturally massage the body through yoga movement. This class is for all levels.

Hatha For All Levels

During this class we focus on static poses as we align and calm the mind, body and spirit. This class is great for beginners as well as experienced yogis who wish to slow it down a bit.

Therapy Ball Self-Massage and Restorative Yoga

First we prepare the body for our Restorative Practice through easy stretching and myofascial release using the Roll Model Method to release any areas of tension and pain in the body. Then you are guided through a Restorative Yoga practice, holding each supported posture for 3-5 minutes. This class is for everyone.

Restorative Yoga

A restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, doing just a few postures over the course of the class. This is a practice of deep relaxation with the aid of blankets, bolster, blocks and any other props necessary. Everyone will love this class.

Yoga Workshop

This class is designed to explore the more challenging postures in yoga. With a different posture each week as the focus, the first half of the class is a practice to open the body while the second half is a workshop of the intended posture where participants will get individual, specialized focus to ask direct questions and get assistance.

Slow Flow

We move slowly through the postures building core strength and stability. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment in each pose. Appropriate for beginner and experienced yogis.

In this class we build heat in the body as we move through a steady continuous flow of yoga asanas. We  connect the mind and the body to the breath with an emphasis on core strength and stabilization. Inversions and inversion prep work are incorporated. Yoga experience is helpful but the opportunity to move at your own pace is available.

Yogastha Sadhana

A practice for all yogis that utilizes fully our physical potential and health while maintaining an adherence to the higher teachings of the Yoga Sutras. This class includes a strong steady flow, headstands, handstands and back bending. It is not necessary to have mastered any or all of these. If you have a willingness to try, this class is for you.
