Sharing Yoga

K.I.S.S. Yoga was established to share yoga not only as a way to stay healthy and fit, but as a way of life as it should be lived. We encourage everyone to feel connected to each other and to operate from a place of loving kindness to themselves and others.

Yoga opened the door for me to self awareness and self love. As I embraced the principles of the Yoga Sutras, I left behind a very stressful career and lifestyle, and learned to take better care of myself physically and spiritually. I began to live my life the way I was meant to live it, from my heart.

Owner, Instructor

My desire to share this philosophy with others became so strong that I immersed myself completely in the Holy Yogic City of Rishikesh, India. I spent 5 weeks at the Anadi Yoga Center where I earned my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, studying under the Gusain brothers and Shree Nalin.

The lotus flower is a symbol of purity, rebirth, and strength. Some cultures view the lotus as symbolic of the transcending of spirit over worldly matter since it blooms from the underworld into the light.

"Who you are is so much more than what you do."

"The essence shining through the heart, soul, and center, the bare and bold truth of you does not lie in your to-do list. You are not just at the surface of your skin, not just the impulse to arrange the muscles of your face into a smile or a frown, not just boundless energy, or bone wearying fatigue. Delve deeper. You are divinity; the vast and open sky of spirit. It’s the light of God, the ember at your core, the passion and the presence, the timeless, deathless essence of you that reaches out and touches me. Who you are transcends fear and turns suffering into liberation. Who you are is love."
