This is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, holding a few postures for 5-10 minutes. This is a practice of deep relaxation with the aid of blankets, bolster, blocks and any other props necessary. Gather all of these things and join us from the comfort of your home.
You must cancel your class at least one hour prior to class time in order to receive credit for that session.
