Vinyasa via Zoom

In this class you will build heat in the body as you experience a steady continuous flow through yoga asanas where we will connect the mind and the body to the breath with an emphasis on core strength and stabilization. Yoga experience is helpful but the opportunity to move at your own pace is still available.
You must cancel your class at least one hour prior to class time in order to receive credit for that session.
