Moving slowly through your practice brings more awareness to your body and to your movements.

During this class we will move slowly to allow you to find the space between poses while still retaining a gentle rhythm. Experience how your body feels in each posture and build the strength to flow through your practice with ease and grace. This class is for all levels and suitable for beginners as each posture will be explored and modifications will be offered.
You must cancel your class at least one hour prior to class time in order to receive credit for that session.
